Well I went researching different sleep options for a different reason. At 19wks gestation we found out our little boy had a cleft lip and cleft palate. During all my research I kept reading about the increase in ear infections and the liklihood of having tubes put in babies ears at a young age, in cleft babies. After speaking with our Cleft Team and asking questions they said that the open palate does cause fluid to build up in the inner ears and that laying flat on their backs only increases the fluid issues. So I went looking for a bed that would keep our little boy at an incline. I found the Amby bed and got it right aways! We took it with us to the hospital when he was born and it is the only thing he has ever slept in since birth aside from his carseat!~ Its beautiful and he couldnt’ look comfier in there if he tried. I’m so excited to say that at 4mths old he has not had an ear infection at all and this is all through the cold winter months! Thanks for a wonderful product, he loves it and so do we! The rocking motions that responds to his movements are wonderful and he’s been sleeping through the night since just a few wks old. He now sleeps 10-12hrs straight every night. From baby Azlan and Mommy…way to go on a great baby product!!!

This is our son Zach at age 4 mos. He had acid reflux and would not sleep in his crib. We tried his car seat, a swing and his Pack N Play, but getting him to sleep more than an hour or two at a time was difficult. We ordered the AmbyBaby at 3 mos. and he started sleeping through the night shortly thereafter. It is great for travel, especially since we had to evacuate our home for hurricane Wilma in October. (Our house survived with minor damage.) We also checked it under the airplane to return home to the midwest for his baptism. He slept in it right up until he turned 8 mos. old, at which point he was very squirmy and uncomfortable because he got too big. We were worried about the transition into the crib, but it worked beautifully and virtually without any problems thereafter. Thank you so much!
Well, I was at my witts end and am so glad I found the Ambybaby! My baby would NOT sleep on her back in a crib (unless she was in a deep sleep when I put her there) and would only sleep 45 minutes to an hour and a half tops! I heard about your product from Dr. Sear’s website when I was trying to find out what to do regarding sleeping arrangements and SIDS etc. I was so terrified to have her sleep on my chest (the only place she would sleep for hours) and I needed sleep etc. Anyway, I saw the link to your product and I waited nearly a month (big mistake) before I decided to try it. I thank you for speaking with me and making me feel comfortable about it being right for her. She toots and kicks in her sleep and it wakes her up, but the amby puts her right back to sleep. She also naps in it during the day and she NEVER napped without being held before. She actually self-soothes in the ambybaby. Now, she has never slept more than 4 hours straight in it, but that is FAR more than the 45 minute average sleeps we got from her before and sometimes refused to sleep. I thank you for caring to have such a fantastic product. Attached is her in in having fun… I am always afraid to take a shot of her sleeping because I do not want her to wake!
/>Thank you so much! My daughter is almost three months old and the Amby bed has been the best thing I have ever bought. My daughter has severe acid reflux, she has never been able to lay in her crib for more than 2 hours at a time during the night, she would always wake up screaming in pain. I have had the Amby bed for one week and the first time we put her in it at night she slept from 9pm to 5am and ever since it has been the same. I have noticed a big difference in her during the day also. It is very important to keep babies elevated, and this does the trick, no falling down from being propped up and it is a lot better than having your baby strapped in a wedge! This is the bed for ACID REFLUX!!
